Import your TradeLocker trades into a journal

Export your closed positions from TradeLocker, drop the file into NeoTLog, and each trade arrives with entry, exit, volume, commission, swap and the broker's profit.

1. Export your trades

  1. Log in to TradeLocker and go to Accounts.
  2. Click View account for the account you want to export.
  3. Open the Trades panel and select the Closed positions tab — Balance and Order history are not fills.
  4. Select the date range you want to export.
  5. Look for a three-dot menu above the trade history and choose Export account History.
  6. Export is not in every broker build: TradeLocker states the platform itself has no CSV download. If the menu is missing, ask your firm for a trade-history CSV and import it with the manual column mapping.
  7. Upload the exported CSV file here.

Export is not available in every build. TradeLocker's own help centre states the platform has no CSV download, while several broker deployments do show an Export account History item in the three-dot menu above the trade history. If yours does not, ask your firm for a trade-history CSV and import it with the manual column mapping.

Closed positions is the tab you want. Balance mixes trades with deposits, withdrawals and swaps, and Order history is order events — placed, filled, rejected — rather than completed trades.

2. What the file looks like

This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:

Ticket,Instrument,Direction,Volume,Open Time,Close Time,Entry Price,Exit Price,
Commission,Swap,Profit,Result,
Currency

100001,EURUSD,Buy,1.00,2026-06-17 15:31:10,2026-06-17 15:45:00,1.08500,1.08700,-7.00,
0.00,200.00,Win,
USD

Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.

NeoTLog reads Instrument, Direction, Volume, open and close time, entry and exit price, Commission, Swap and Profit. The Result column is a Win or Loss label rather than a number, so it is never used as P&L.

3. Import it

  1. Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
  2. Open Import and choose TradeLocker.
  3. Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
  4. Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.

4. What you get

Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:

Questions

Which firms use TradeLocker?

A long list of funded-forex and futures firms white-label it. The platform is the same everywhere; only the branding and the export button differ.

My file has no commission or swap.

Some builds omit them. NeoTLog imports the trades either way and you can add costs per trade, or set a default cost per instrument.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.

I trade on another platform too.

NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
