Import your OKX trades into a journal
Export your trading history from the OKX Order Center, drop the CSV into NeoTLog, and every fill is matched into round trips with fees and statistics.
1. Export your trades
- In OKX, go to Assets > Order Center.
- Open Trading history.
- Click Download.
- Select the date range you want to export.
- Click Export.
- Download the file when it is ready.
- Upload the exported CSV file here.
Trading history, not Order history. Order history lists instructions including unfilled ones. Trading history is the fills.
Fees are written as negative numbers. That is OKX's convention, not an error, and NeoTLog books them as costs either way.
2. What the file looks like
This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:
Instrument,Side,Order Type,Filled Size,Filled Price,Trading Time,Order ID,Trade ID,Fee,
Fee Currency,
Fill PnL
BTC-USDT,Buy,Limit,0.01000000,67000.00,2026-06-17 15:31:10,ORD10001,TRD10001,
-0.26800000,USDT,
0.00000000
Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.
NeoTLog reads Instrument, the side column — OKX labels it Side in some exports and Action in others, and both work — plus Filled Size, Filled Price, Trading Time and Fee.
3. Import it
- Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
- Open Import and choose OKX.
- Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
- Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.
4. What you get
Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:
- Net P&L, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, average win and loss, max drawdown
- Equity curve, P&L calendar by day and week, and time-of-day and session breakdowns
- Commissions and fees, wherever the export carries them
- MAE and MFE per trade — how far the position ran against you and for you before it closed
- Notes, tags and strategies per trade, plus screenshots saved to your account
- AI performance reports and the screenshot SL/TP reader on the paid plans
5. What doesn't import
- Order History
- Funding history and financial reports
- Deposits, withdrawals and transfers
- Position snapshots and summaries
Questions
Spot and perpetuals in one file?
Yes, trading history covers both, and the instrument names keep them apart in your journal.
The export takes a while.
OKX generates it in the background and offers the download when it is ready, so give it a minute before looking for the file.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.
I trade on another platform too.
NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
