Import your MEXC trades into a journal
Export your futures order history or spot trade history from MEXC, drop the Excel file into NeoTLog, and every order is matched into round trips with statistics and a P&L calendar.
1. Export your trades
- On the MEXC website (the app exports limit orders only), open Orders → Futures Orders → Order & Trade History and click Export Order History. For spot, open Orders → Spot Orders → Trade History and click Export.
- Choose the period and EXCEL as the format, then Export (or Generate) and Confirm. A large export, over 10,000 records, is prepared in the background: MEXC tells you by email or SMS when it is ready; download it within 7 days.
- Through Help Centre → Account Data Export instead, leave Encrypt the file unticked.
Which short order opens is read from your file. MEXC writes a short's orders as sell short and buy short, and sources disagree on which of the two opens the position. The orders with a Closing PNL are the closes, so NeoTLog takes the answer from your own file.
The time zone is in the column name. MEXC writes your display zone into it — Time(UTC+08:00) — and NeoTLog reads it from there. A file whose column is plain Time — the spot Trade History among them — uses the file timezone you pick: the zone MEXC shows your times in.
Spot: Trade History. For spot, export Trade History: one row per fill, with its fee (0.68USDT). Fees paid in MX, spot or futures, are marked unknown, since the file has no price for MX.
Export on the website. MEXC's app exports limit orders only, so a file from the app misses your market orders.
Built from the documented format. This importer follows MEXC's export as its documentation and open-source tools describe it, and is tested against that layout — not yet against a file from a NeoTLog user. If yours does not import cleanly, send it to support@neotlog.com and we will fix the importer.
2. What the file looks like
This is the header row the importer is tested against, with one row of sample data underneath it:
UID,Time(UTC+08:00),Futures Trading Pair,Direction,Leverage,Order Type,
Order Qty (Cont.),Filled Qty (Cont.),Order Qty (Crypto),Filled Qty (Crypto),
Order Qty (Amount),Filled Qty (Amount),Order Price,Average Filled Price,Closing PNL,
Trading Fee,Fee-payment Crypto,

Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.
This is the futures Order History: one row per order, newest first. NeoTLog reads Time, Futures Trading Pair, Direction, Filled Qty (Crypto), Average Filled Price, Closing PNL, Trading Fee and Fee-payment Crypto. Orders that filled nothing are skipped, and a long and a short on the same pair are kept apart. Futures are named like BTCUSDT-PERP, so a spot trade in the same pair stays apart.
3. Import it
- Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
- Open Import and choose MEXC.
- Check Date format: it is preset to YYYY-MM-DD. If your export writes dates another way, change it first, then drop in the file.
- Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.
4. What you get
Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:
- Net P&L, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, average win and loss, max drawdown
- Equity curve, P&L calendar by day and week, time-of-day and hold-time charts, and a filter for each trading session
- Commissions and fees, wherever the export carries them
- MAE and MFE per trade on Plus and Pro — how far the position ran against you and for you before it closed: BTC, ETH and LINK as estimates without a key, other coins with your own free Massive key (Settings → Market data)
- Notes, tags and strategies per trade, plus chart screenshots saved to your account on Plus and Pro
- AI performance reports, the AI assistant and the screenshot SL/TP reader on Pro
5. What doesn't import
- Funding — MEXC puts it in a separate Capital Flow export
- Coin-margined futures (BTCUSD, BTC_USD and the like)
- Encrypted exports — untick Encrypt the file
Questions
Excel or PDF?
Excel. The PDF can't be imported; upload the Excel file as downloaded, without re-saving it.
Does the Closing PNL become the trade's P&L?
Yes, for the closing order: it is the price P&L before fees, and the trading fees are added as the trade's costs.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Basic is free: 100 trades per calendar year (imported or entered) on one trading account, with no card. Plus adds unlimited imports and accounts, chart screenshots, MAE/MFE and a price chart of each trade; Pro adds AI performance reports, the AI assistant and the screenshot SL/TP reader. You can try Pro free for 14 days, once per account, with no card.
I trade on another platform too.
NeoTLog reads exports from 60+ platforms, and on Plus and Pro several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
