Import your DXtrade trades into a journal

DXtrade is the platform behind many funded-trading accounts. Export the Trading Journal or Trade History grid, drop the file into NeoTLog, and the legs are paired into round trips with the broker's own P&L.

1. Export your trades

  1. In DXtrade, open the Trade History or Trading Journal section.
  2. Select the account and date range you want to export.
  3. Export or download the Trade History / Trading Journal data as CSV if your broker provides an export button.
  4. Upload the exported CSV file here.
  5. If your broker has no CSV export, use the manual column-mapping importer or request a trade-history CSV from the broker/prop firm.

Every firm ships its own DXtrade build. Menu names, and even whether an export button exists, differ between deployments — the widget names below are the vendor's. If yours has no export, Settings → Account and Trading Preferences → Account Statement is the documented fallback, and your firm can usually send a CSV.

Use Trading Journal rather than Order History. Order History is order events, and its grid uses different column names that NeoTLog does not read. Cash Movements is deposits and fees, with no fills at all.

2. What the file looks like

This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:

Symbol,Date Time,Order ID,Side,Type,Volume,Price,P&L,
Commission

EURUSD,2026-06-17 15:31:10,ORD10001,Buy,Open,1.00,1.08500,0.00,
3.50

Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.

NeoTLog reads Symbol, Side, Volume, Price, Date Time, the order id and the broker's P&L. Forex P&L cannot be recomputed reliably from price alone because contract sizes vary, so the broker's figure is used as given.

3. Import it

  1. Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
  2. Open Import and choose DXtrade.
  3. Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
  4. Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.

4. What you get

Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:

5. What doesn't import

Questions

My grid has different columns.

DXtrade grids are customisable and the export contains whatever is visible. Switch on symbol, side, volume, price and date/time before exporting.

The platform has no download button.

Some broker builds genuinely do not have one. Ask your firm for a trade-history CSV, then use the manual column mapping in NeoTLog to import it.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.

I trade on another platform too.

NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
