Import your Bybit spot trades into a journal
Export your spot Trade History from Bybit, drop the file into NeoTLog, and every fill is matched into round trips with fees and statistics.
1. Export your trades
- In Bybit, go to Orders.
- Open Spot Order or Unified Trading Order.
- Open the Trade History tab.
- Select the date range you want to export.
- Export the Trade History file as CSV or XLSX.
- Upload the exported file here.
Two time columns, and they disagree on purpose. Bybit writes Filled Time (Local Time) and Timestamp (UTC). NeoTLog reads the local one, so set the file timezone during import to the zone your Bybit account is set to.
2. What the file looks like
This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:
Filled Time (Local Time),Spot Pairs,Order Type,Direction,Filled Value,Filled Price,
Filled Quantity,Fees,Transaction ID,Order No.,
Timestamp (UTC)
2026-06-09 15:31:10,BTCUSDT,Market,Buy,670.00000000 USDT,67000.00,0.01000000 BTC,
0.00001000 BTC,EX123456,ORD10001,
2026-06-09 13:31:10
Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.
NeoTLog reads Spot Pairs, Direction, Filled Quantity, Filled Price, Fees and the fill time. Quantities carry a coin suffix, which the importer strips.
3. Import it
- Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
- Open Import and choose Bybit Spot.
- Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
- Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.
4. What you get
Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:
- Net P&L, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, average win and loss, max drawdown
- Equity curve, P&L calendar by day and week, and time-of-day and session breakdowns
- Commissions and fees, wherever the export carries them
- MAE and MFE per trade — how far the position ran against you and for you before it closed
- Notes, tags and strategies per trade, plus screenshots saved to your account
- AI performance reports and the screenshot SL/TP reader on the paid plans
5. What doesn't import
- Order History
- Transaction Log and account statements
- Deposits, withdrawals and transfers
- Funding and earn reports
Questions
Unified Trading Account?
Yes. Open the Unified Trading Order area instead of Spot Order and export the same Trade History tab.
Can I import spot and derivatives together?
Import them as separate files — Bybit exports them separately and the columns differ. They can still live in the same journal.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.
I trade on another platform too.
NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
