Import your Bybit derivatives trades into a journal

Export your derivatives Trade History from Bybit, drop the file into NeoTLog, and every fill is matched into round trips with trading fees and statistics.

1. Export your trades

  1. In Bybit, go to Orders.
  2. Open Derivatives Order or Unified Trading Order.
  3. Open the Trade History tab.
  4. Select the date range you want to export.
  5. Export the Trade History file as CSV or XLSX.
  6. Upload the exported file here.

Use Trade History, not Closed P&L. Bybit reworked the Closed P&L export in 2024 and its current columns are not documented anywhere we can verify, so we cannot promise it imports. Trade History is fill-level and is what the importer is built against.

Funding is not in this file. A perpetual held overnight imports without its funding cost.

2. What the file looks like

This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:

Filled Time,Contract,Order Type,Direction,Filled Value,Filled Price,Filled Quantity,
Trading Fee,Transaction ID,
Order ID

2026-06-09 15:31:10,BTCUSDT,Market,Buy,670.00000000 USDT,67000.00,0.010 BTC,
0.26800000 USDT,EX123456,
ORD10001

Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.

NeoTLog reads Contract, Direction, Filled Quantity, Filled Price, Trading Fee and Filled Time. The API-style camelCase variant — execQty, execPrice, execTime — imports too.

3. Import it

  1. Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
  2. Open Import and choose Bybit Derivatives.
  3. Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
  4. Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.

4. What you get

Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:

5. What doesn't import

Questions

I only have a Closed P&L file.

Send it to support and we will check it against the importer. Bybit changed that format and we would rather test it than guess.

Unified Trading Account?

Yes. Export the Trade History tab from the Unified Trading Order area.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.

I trade on another platform too.

NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
