Import your Binance spot trades into a journal

Export your spot Trade History from Binance, drop the CSV into NeoTLog, and every fill is matched into round trips with fees, statistics and a P&L calendar.

1. Export your trades

  1. In Binance, go to Orders.
  2. Open Spot Order.
  3. Open the Trade History tab.
  4. Select the date range you want to export.
  5. Click Export Trade History.
  6. Download the CSV file.
  7. Upload the exported file here.

Trade History, not Order History. Order History includes orders that never filled, and Transaction History is deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Only Trade History is a list of fills.

Timestamps are UTC, as the column name says. Leave the file timezone on UTC during import unless you know your export differs, or trades will shift days.

Fees paid in BNB stay in BNB. The fee column records whatever coin the fee was charged in, and NeoTLog does not convert it, so a BNB-funded fee will not be in quote currency.

2. What the file looks like

This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:

Date(UTC),Pair,Side,Price,Executed,Amount,
Fee

2026-06-09 15:31:10,BTCUSDT,BUY,67000.00,0.01000000BTC,670.00000000USDT,
0.00001000BTC

Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.

NeoTLog reads Date(UTC), Pair, Side, Price, Executed and Fee. Binance writes quantities with the coin appended, like 0.01000000BTC, and the importer strips the suffix for you.

3. Import it

  1. Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
  2. Open Import and choose Binance Spot.
  3. Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
  4. Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.

4. What you get

Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:

5. What doesn't import

Questions

My export is empty.

Check that you opened the Trade History tab rather than Order History, and that the date range covers the trades. Binance caps how much history one export can cover, so a long period may need several files — they all import, and duplicates are detected.

Does it handle many pairs at once?

Yes. One file can hold every pair you traded; NeoTLog splits them into separate instruments automatically.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.

I trade on another platform too.

NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
