Import your Binance futures trades into a journal
Export your futures Trade History from Binance, drop the CSV into NeoTLog, and every fill is matched into round trips using the exchange's own realized profit.
1. Export your trades
- In Binance, go to Orders.
- Open Futures Order.
- Open the Trade History tab.
- Select the date range you want to export.
- Export the Trade History file as CSV or XLSX.
- Upload the exported file here.
Funding is not in this file. Funding fees are a separate report on Binance, so a perpetual position held overnight will import without its funding cost. Add it per trade if it matters to you.
Timestamps are UTC. Keep the file timezone on UTC unless your export says otherwise.
2. What the file looks like
This is the real header row, with one row of sample data underneath it:
Date(UTC),Symbol,Side,Price,Quantity,Amount,Fee,Fee Coin,Realized Profit,
Quote Asset
2026-06-09 15:31:10,BTCUSDT,BUY,67000.00,0.010,670.00000000,0.26800000,USDT,0.00000000,
USDT
Wrapped here for reading — in the file each row is one line.
NeoTLog reads Date(UTC), Symbol, Side, Price, Quantity, Fee and Realized Profit. The realized figure is used as the trade's P&L rather than recomputed, because contract specifications vary between symbols.
3. Import it
- Create a free NeoTLog account, or log in.
- Open Import and choose Binance Futures.
- Drop in the file. The date format is preset to YYYY-MM-DD; the preview shows you straight away if your export uses another one.
- Set the file timezone if the export does not carry one, then import. Duplicate rows from an overlapping date range are detected, so re-importing a wider export later is safe.
4. What you get
Fills are matched first in, first out into closed round trips, so an entry scaled in over several orders and out over two becomes one trade with one average entry, one average exit and the right quantity. From there:
- Net P&L, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, average win and loss, max drawdown
- Equity curve, P&L calendar by day and week, and time-of-day and session breakdowns
- Commissions and fees, wherever the export carries them
- MAE and MFE per trade — how far the position ran against you and for you before it closed
- Notes, tags and strategies per trade, plus screenshots saved to your account
- AI performance reports and the screenshot SL/TP reader on the paid plans
5. What doesn't import
- Order History and Transaction History
- Funding-fee reports
- Position history and account statements
- Deposits, withdrawals and transfers
Questions
Coin-M and USD-M both?
Both export the same way from the Futures Order area, and both import. Keep them as separate accounts if you want their statistics apart.
Why does my P&L differ from the exchange?
It should not. NeoTLog uses the Realized Profit column as given. If it differs, the export is probably missing rows from the date range, or funding costs are being compared against a fee-only figure.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. The free plan includes 100 imports per calendar year and needs no card. Paid plans add AI performance reports, the screenshot SL/TP reader and unlimited imports.
I trade on another platform too.
NeoTLog reads exports from 50+ platforms, and several accounts can live in one journal. The guides are listed on the import page.
